Children
Growth and Mechanics
- Children are considered minors until the age of 18.
- They appear in the Clan section and the Encyclopedia.
- Upon reaching adulthood, they can marry and lead parties.
- Children can inherit leadership and continue the player’s campaign if the main character dies or retires.
- At each development stage, you can guide their education, affecting attributes and focus points.
Traits and Culture
- Children inherit a mix of facial features (facekeys) from their parents.
- Personality traits often reflect the parent of the same gender.
- Culture is more likely inherited from the mother, even if she joins another clan.
- Equipment on adulthood is based on personal culture, not faction culture.
Pregnancy System
- Female characters aged 18 to 45 can become pregnant.
- Each additional child reduces the chance of further pregnancies.
- Pregnancy occurs during fief stays with a spouse and is checked daily.
- The perk Virile from the Charm skill increases pregnancy chance by 30%.
Pregnancy Formula:
pregnancy_chance = (1.2-(woman_age-18)*0.04)/((number_of_kids+1)^2)*0.12*[1.3 if virile]*100%
